Emphasizing wide-open spaces stretching across 1100 plus acres, The Dells master planned community pays homage to nature’s splendor throughout our footprint. Natural trees, shrubs and plants line the roadways. Future planned trails will connect with the community’s amenities, as well as miles of public foot and cycling paths. Plans include a clubhouse, pool, and fitness center and various other recreational amenities to make your life complete. Future commercial plans include the convenience of day-to-day shopping and services to which residents easily can drive, walk, jog or cycle. The Dells is a dream community for nature lovers and discerning homeowners.

Celebrating the railroad boom that brought settlers and commerce west in the late 1800s and early 1900s, hiking trails in The Dells will encompass miles of private walking and biking trails connecting with the City of Prescott’s 5.1-mile Peavine National Recreation Trail and Prescott Valley’s four-mile Iron King Trail recognized by the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy. These two scenic trails, open to all non-motorized travel, were built over what were once 19th-century railroad beds. Watson and Willow Lakes are a pleasant trail-hike away, and our close proximity to both Antelope Hills Golf Course and Heritage Park Zoo is certain to please both golfers and animal lovers.
